The Planning Board functions under the authority of the Municipal Land Use Law of New Jersey. It is authorized to: adopt the Master Plan; control subdivision and site plan review for permitted uses; recommend as to the official map of the Township; decide as to conditional use applications; recommend zoning ordinances or amendments thereto; grant variances under certain circumstances in connection with site plan and subdivision review.

Planning Board Meetings are the 4th Monday of the Month at 7:30 at the Township Municipal Offices (except for December 19th, the third Monday).
