Health Department Services: Board of Health site Health Screenings; Female and male cancer screenings and adult health screenings are scheduled in the first quarter of the year. See the 2009 schedule here. Flu Clinics; are held during the last quarter of the year. Food Licenses: mailed out in May and due back by June each year. Dog Licenses: License issuing begins in January and dogs should be licensed prior to March 1 or late charges will apply. Dog License Application can be found here Dog License Form. Dog License Official: Lisa Sharp; Deputy Dog License Official: Garry Annibal Rabies Clinic: held in the month of November each year. For 2009 the date is November 7th from 10 am to noon. The Harding Township Department of Health, in cooperation with the New Jersey State Department of Health and the Morris Township Health Department, will again offer a free Rabies Vaccine Inoculation for cats and dogs at the Woodlan Fire House, 20 Dwyer Lane, Morris Township, NJ. All animals must be on a leash or in a carrier. Dogs whose rabies vaccination expires before October 31, 2010 must be vaccinated before a license can be issued for 2010.
