The Region II office of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) in coordination with the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) would like to inform the residents of Morris County and Harding Township about the flood risks shown on the Preliminary Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRMs).
Open Houses will provide County and Township residents with the opportunity to meet with experts one-on-one to learn more about their flood risk, get information on potential changes to flood insurance rates or requirements, and learn tips on how to mitigate and prepare for future floods.

There will be no formal presentation. Residents may choose one Open House to attend and come any time during the scheduled hours. Local Officials will also be present to provide a local perspective on the information that their residents will receive.
Residents will be able to discuss flood risk and risk mitigation.
